Our return and refund policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be packaged securely to prevent any further damage during return transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for all transportation and associated costs.
Custom-built or customized items are exempt from our return policy.
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain situations may result in only partial refunds, including:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
**Order and Payment**
When ordering an item from our webshop:
- Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order.
- If you prefer to pick up the item, please contact us, and we will waive the shipping costs.
- You may also contact us to explore alternative, potentially more cost-effective shipping options.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
*Late or Missing Refunds*
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your bank account for any pending refunds.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear officially.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Due to the uniqueness of vintage furniture, direct replacements are usually not possible.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
